Who should attend
This course is designed for:

  • A valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification

The training prepares participants for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge certification exam, which is included in the course. The certification confirms updated knowledge of the ITIL framework and supports further professional development in service management.

Expected preparation of participants

Participants are required to hold a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. No additional preparation is necessary before attending the course.

Examination process

Participants receive an exam voucher valid for 6 months, allowing flexibility in selecting a suitable exam date.
After completing the training, participants will receive instructions on how to register for the exam. Scheduling is done directly through the PeopleCert platform using an individual account. The exam is conducted online under remote supervision. A PeopleCert proctor monitors the session via webcam and secure connection. Before the exam begins, participants must verify their identity and show their surroundings to ensure compliance with exam rules.

  • Duration: 30 minutes 
  • Format: Multiple-choice exam (20 questions) 
  • Passing score: 65% (at least 13 correct answers)
  • Materials: Closed-book exam
