    • Directing and managing project execution,
    • Managing human resource execution (acquiring and developing the project team),
    • Managing communication execution (information distribution),
  • Monitoring and controlling the project by:
    • Monitoring and controlling project work,
    • Establishing performance measurements and reports,
    • Verifying project scope,
