Agile Essentials Training Course
The iSQI Agile Essentials course is an internationally recognised qualification. It is designed for anyone involved in Agile projects who wishes to become familiar with working in an Agile environment. This includes Project Managers, Quality Managers, Software Development Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, IT Directors, and Management Consultants. The course comprises eight sections and guides participants through the lifecycle of an Agile project, from release planning and writing user stories to the iteration review (showcase) and retrospective. The first day focuses on key principles (55% of the day on theory, 45% exercises), while the second day is dominated by practical application (40% theory, 60% exercises).

Practitioner in Agile Quality (PAQ) certification
21 HoursThe PAQ certification prepares you for a three-day experiential exam training course that focuses on refining practical skills that can be implemented back in the workplace.
The exam takes the format of a 'hands-on' assessment where candidates are given a product backlog release which includes user stories, associated design documentation plus a 'multi-drop' application seeded with defects. Candidates will be given instructions as to what is expected of them during the practical assessment and the opportunity to create the work products required. Each practical assessment will contain 1or 2 additional scenario-based questions requiring written answers (up to 5 questions in total) that cover a selection of competencies. These written answers will be marked along with the answers to the product backlog release by an independent assessor. Assessment duration is 2.5 hours.
SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification
14 Hours"SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification" is a two-day course that enables participants to acquire the skills necessary to effectively manage value delivery in a Lean-based enterprise. 14 HoursThis two-day course is designed to help teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) operate effectively within an Agile environment by applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will learn how to function as Agile Teams, create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and execute iterations. The course also emphasizes understanding the team’s role within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.
The training prepares teams to participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completion of the course also prepares participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Apply SAFe principles to scale Lean and Agile practices across the organization.
