SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification Training Course
Acquire the necessary skills to lead the delivery of value within a Lean enterprise and gain insights into the activities, tools, and methodologies used for managing backlogs and programs by becoming a SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). Over the course of this two-day program, participants will develop a deep understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and the specific actions they can take to excel in their role.
They will also learn how to apply Lean principles to craft Epics, break them down into Features and Stories, plan and execute Iterations, and organize Program Increments. Additionally, participants will explore the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, understand how to integrate effectively as Product Owners and Product Managers, and discover what it takes to continuously improve the ART.
To effectively perform the role of a SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager, attendees should be able to:
- Apply SAFe principles within a Lean enterprise
- Align SAFe Lean-Agile values with the PO/PM roles
- Work collaboratively with Lean Portfolio Management
- Engage in continuous value delivery through Program Increment Planning

Practitioner in Agile Quality (PAQ) certification
21 HoursPAQ is a three-day experiential exam preparation course designed to sharpen practical skills that can be directly applied in the workplace.
The exam consists of a ‘hands-on’ assessment where participants are given a product backlog release, which includes user stories, related design documentation, and a ‘multi-drop’ application with embedded defects. Candidates will receive clear instructions on what is expected during the practical assessment and will have the opportunity to create the necessary work products. Each practical assessment will include 1 or 2 additional scenario-based questions (up to 5 in total) that cover various competencies. These written answers, along with the solutions to the product backlog release, will be evaluated by an independent assessor. The assessment duration is 2.5 hours.
