Analysis

  • When our strengths become liabilities: Different communication styles (DISC) and their traps.
  • Knowing our core values and determining whether they align with those of our company, department, or team.
  • An inventory of productive stress situations.
  • How to optimize positive stress.

Empowerment

  • Interviews (in pairs / debriefing): Discover your skills and major qualities.
  • Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).
  • An inventory of the participants' individual energy sources.
  • A daily relaxation exercise.
